Who We Are
CLAMPING TECHNOLOGY is a vibrant company and the official distributor for the comprehensive DESTACO product range in South Africa since June 2010. Over the past few years we extended our product offering to the South African market by securing additional partnerships with reputable global manufacturer brands. CLAMP-RITE, a lower cost manual clamp product range, JOULIN specialising in foam vacuum grippers, RTC Couplings offering any kind of fluid line quick connect technology. COVAL, vacuum managers specialising in vacuum technology. We recently joined team SMC South Africa as level 1 sales partner distributing and supplying pneumatics and electrical solutions to various industries. There was an additional need to add injection moulding gripper solutions to our product offering and thus Clamping Technology became the local sales partner for Automation Greifsysteme Schwope AGS whom specialises in modular grippers. We joined company Welker recently as partner which allows us to offer our customers automation solutions with products which was not available in our range in the past. Due to the need for consistency and accuracy we also now offer Siegmund welding precision welding tables to the local market allowing our customers to improve on production quality and reduce manufacturing time. This all to ensure we have a solution for any workholding and automation request.
Our field of expertise lies in the product solutions we offer to the Automotive, Medical, Food and Processing, Aerospace, Heavy-duty Engineering and Transport Industry. Any production system can benefit from automation which results in efficiency, cost and time saving. We have two branches located in the Eastern Cape and Gauteng respectively.
CLAMPING TECHNOLOGY is a pro-active company, providing industry leading products and services in order to assist with streamline manufacturing processes. We place great emphasis on working closely with customers during product selection and the planning stages of a project to ensure the most efficient solution is selected. Our customer base ranges from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), End Users and Tier level customers.
